Retreat in comfort while being close to everything Port Clinton has to offer when you stay at this centrally-located, newly-renovated (2025), and meticulously-clean ranch house.
Just 1/2 mile (a quick 7 min. walk) from the Jet Express, and 1/4 mile from Downtown Port Clinton, you can easily navigate this welcoming destination, enjoying Lake Erie's North Shores & Islands for a weekend or an extended stay.
Keep a look out for a stunning display of bald eagles on your scenic drive in.
This fully renovated property provides a mixture of comfort, cleanliness, and simplicity, so you can relax and unwind during your time in the North Shores of Lake Erie. This "home away from home" has been designed with all of the details in mind and features a fully fenced in yard with plenty of room for kids to play or just sit outside and relax.
Property includes:
1. Master bedroom with queen bed and a dresser,
2. Bonus room off the master currently set up as a walk-in closet and a work space, but can easily transition to a space for an air mattress or Pack ‘N Play (not included),
3. 2nd bedroom includes (2) twin beds, a dresser, and ample closet space,
4. Renovated bathroom with a brand new walk-in shower and toilet,
5. Updated kitchen with full refrigerator/freezer, stove/oven, kitchen island with seating, Keurig coffee machine with coffee pods, a drip coffee machine available if you prefer to bring your own ground coffee, and all the kitchen essentials,
6. Living room with comfy couch, chairs, 65” Samsung Smart TV, and an ottoman that folds out into another bed,
7. Dining room with a table and chairs, and
8. Full size washer and dryer with pods and dryer sheets.
Property also includes:
- Off street parking in the private driveway with (2) parking spaces
- Plenty of street parking
- Spacious outdoor area and fully fenced in yard with outdoor furniture
The owners have an outdoor shed and utility room off the kitchen that are NOT available for guests.
