House is in a walkable location, spacious, had most everything we needed. Beds are comfy and the shower had great pressure. Everything was in working condition and parking was ample. New pillows are needed and some extra tlc for the spider webs over the outside doors would be nice. The outside areas were functional but needs swept more frequently.

Very much enjoyed staying in the house. Evan communicated with us and made the check-in exceptionally easy and stress free. Exceptionally clean with plenty of room for the four of us. We all appreciated the washer/dryer, big front porch and plenty of space for parking our 4 vehicles. It was warm that week and the AC kept the house very comfortable. Overall, very pleasant stay and highly recommended.
