We rented this house for six people; we shared one bathroom per two people. We would stay here again. The minor issues were slow drains (we bought Drano to clear the drains), cracked shower base, probably leaked water into basement, no laundry or automatic dishwash detergent provided, dirty dishes in drawers upon arrival. The days were hot, with all of the air conditioners on, the air conditioners could not keep up. The house is walkable to McCarthys and the main area in town. The landscape was overgrown, but trimmed upon request, the Weber Kettle cooking grate is rusted beyond use, we bought a new grill. The kitchen knives had to be sharpened; they were dull. Some light bulbs were missing burned out and missing, battery was dead in living room clock. the plastic shower curtains were moldy and too short to prevent water from flooding the bathroom floors, there were dirty linens on the closet floors. The closets were cluttered and hard to use. There were six separate bedroom areas, so it worked for our people.

We recently stayed with family ages 9-83 and the house suited us well. There was plenty of comfortable beds and sitting rooms. There is nothing fancy about the place, but it is comfortable and walking distance (10-15 min walk) to little shops and parks. We would stay again if in the area.

I thought for the money we had to pay for this property that the owners could have supplied a little better coffee pot (3cup) lol for 6 old guys and it is time to through out the old junk furniture that we couldn’t stand up out of it without help. Also was disappointed that the owners wouldn’t return calls to me prior to are arrivals to answer question. I wouldn’t recommend the property without them doing some upgrades
