Newly renovated home built in the early 1900s. Oversized front porch with rocking chairs to enjoy coffee on lazy mornings. 5 minute walk to Madison or the Jet Express. Home sits on a double lot with large backyard and gas firepit for use. Cozy electric fireplace in living room. Perfect home base for a North Coast summer or settle down for a winter retreat.

Code wasn't working when we initially got there, but host was very responsive and was able to reset the lock within a few minutes. Screen or glass on the storm door was missing. Overall, the house was clean and updated and has great location to downtown. Would stay here again.

It would be nice to have a few more plates and regular glasses,Also More towels for upstairs.Thank you for having coffee filters.I would suggest adding non skid strips to the stairs. It was wet and my daughter slipped and got pretty banged up.All in all a clean nice house to spend time in.

The house could definitely use a good clean. The basement smelled terrible (that's where the washer & dryer are). The soffit and gutters around the front porch are falling down/rotting. Other than the lack of cleanliness, the place was fine.
