Charming condo with 2 screened lanai's looking over an unobstructed view of Lake Erie, Sit on the first or second floor Lanai and watch the ship's sail in and out of Port Clinton Harbor, Visit the local antique stores, Swim on our sandy beaches, Take the jet express to the Nearby Put-in-Bay or Kelleys Island. Visit Cedar Point amusement park just a short drive away. We are also just a short drive from Toledo's world famous Art Museum, Zoo and the New Hollywood Casino. Cleveland Zoo and museums are about an hour away for a great daytrip.

There are tons of fun things to do in Port Clinton and are centrally located, pleasantly decorated home is just the place to do it. We have 3 full bedrooms, 3 full baths, and beds to accommodate up to 8 people.

The location is beautiful with the beach right across the street. The home is beautiful as well but pretty dated. There is a grill outside however, the bottom was falling out making it unusable. Other than that, we had a great tripn

Fantastic location overlooking the lake. Good place to simply hang out and chill while sitting on the screened in balcony Also good place to go if you are looking for lots of ohio activities. Wonderful getaway!Also close to all conveniences.

We were pleased with the property it was easy to book, working with property owner to get access, the property was very clean and the view of lake Erie was great. The only down side was it sits on the main road into and out of Port Clinton so it was very noisy so sitting on the screened in porch could be trying at times.

Good location. Excellent lake view. Good layout for couples sharing the space. A bedroom and bathroom exist on 2nd floor, 1st floor and the basement. 1st floor had the kitchen, the living room is on 2nd floor. Screened porches need some serious maintenance. The shower curtain needs to be cleaned or replaced. The scented plug in had a very heavy scent. Due to my asthma, I unplugged it and eventually placed outside on screened porch. Scent so heavy, it gave me a headache and sinus issues.

We had a group large enough to use two adjacent properties here, and found the property wonderful. Plenty of bathrooms, and a wonderful screened patio we used every day. Across the street from one of our favorite restaurants too, Jolly Rogers - a Port Clinton landmark!

Started out bad A/C not working and the A/C was off when we arrived (A/C unit is very old and needs replaced) Manger switch us to the unit next door had to move everything after just getting move in to the first unit. This unit had a water leak and the carpet upstairs was very water. You could see where the water has been running down the wall for some time. I don’t believe the basement bedroom meets code no fire egress windows in the basement that’s not safe. Could be a very nice place just needs some updates , floor cleared & gas Grill

Would definitely stay here again. Condo was clean and well stocked. Really good vacation rental. View of lake was great. Easy walk to beach and downtown. Multiple restaurants,grocery and convenience stores nearby. Additional parking worked out well with short walk to lot.

This unit is the BEST. Beach across the street, State of the Art playground one block away for the little ones, the unit is beautiful and lots of room to spread out with extended family. The owner is great and the place is super clean. Plus everything is near for food and fun. We have stayed here twice now .

I had to ask several times just for the code to get into the property a few days before we left. When we arrived at 4pm (check in was 3pm) and the house looked ransacked. Linens everywhere, nothing cleaned, previous tenants garbage all over. I tried calling Patti and she never responded. I cleaned what I could and made beds and went to dinner. When we returned 3 hours later the cleaning person was there inside, with our stuff without our knowledge or permission. Patti still hadn’t returned my multiple calls. The cleaning woman was very nice, completely embarrassed and confessed that no one told her there was to be a tenant that day so she was rushing around trying to make it right. She finished about four/five hours after we were supposed to Check in. The place was overall a decent place even with check in being so terrible. We received notice that the water was to be shut off next week-so maybe that’s why the owners didn’t care if we came into a mess. Walls are paper thin and neighbors are loud at night making sleep for toddlers difficult. We made the most of our trip but I would have really appreciated at least a call from the owner who essentially ghosted me without returning a single call. The beach is beautiful and the location is convenient for all that the area has to offer. The house is decent as well just very poor communication and overall customer service.

We were pleased with our stay. Only a few minor recommendations. Provide better, safer outdoor seating. Possibly a fresh coat of paint would brighten the rooms. Upstairs screen on the lanai needs repaired, large slice visible which allows for bugs to invade the area. Screen on the lower lanai could be replaced. Landscaping would improve the curb appeal. Wifi was not high speed, constant buffering. Overall, everyone enjoyed the time spent.

Enjoyed a few nights here on a girls' getaway with my sister and cousin. If you enjoy TV, this is the place for you! (I think there were five, maybe six.) We did a bit of cooking and found everything we needed in the kitchen. The place was plenty big enough for three women who like their space. The basement bedroom is probably fine for kids but with a water-stained ceiling, poor ventilation and a very uncomfortable bed, we abandoned it in the middle of the first night and made due with the other two bedrooms. The unit is directly across a 4-lane highway from the lake which offers really nice views but the noise you would expect from a busy highway. You get used to the traffic. We met the housekeeper on the way out, a very nice lady who gave us a bit of extra assistance.

The condo was very nice. Needed more seating in the living room. Basement set up was good but no windows or exit in case of a fire. The bed down stairs very uncomfortable. The other beds were very comfortable. It was equipped with all we needed and was very clean.

I feel that two families would be comfortable in this house, it was small for three families. The downstairs bedroom and sitting room were dark and the stained ceiling tiles gave the feeling of being in a cellar, not an adult sleeping room. The main floor table had only 6 chairs, so there was no place for everyone to sit at one time. There was no room to add chairs that we brought, and the table was high. The dining room and kitchen on the main floor and the sitting area on the upper floor made it difficult with smaller children that needed supervision. The decks were small and allowed sitting for only two or four people at a time. There was a nice view of the lake and there were no issues that needed attention. We had an enjoyable vacation.

This property is located close to everything which makes it very easy to get where you need to go. What you need to know that it sits close to road that gets noisy. The main floor and upper floor are great. The lower floor we did not use at all. We found it damp and a little musty. The lake area is a wonderful place to vacation.

My son and grandson joined me for a weekend of walleye fishing on lake Erie. The condo was the perfect spot for relaxing after a good day of fishing. Clean, comfortable, well equipped, and convenient to all that Port Clinton has to offer.

We came to Port Clinton to get away and relax. Being our first time there we discovered Port Clinton, Marblehead, Catawba Island, Sandusky and took the Miller Ferry to Put in Bay island. A few of us opted to see the Wild Animals at the African Safari. We fed Alpacas, Bison, Deer, Elk and Giraffes right from our own car. We ate outside at the restaurants, found a street festival with live music. Walked and climbed the rocks around the Marblehead lighthouse and took some fantastic pictures. Could see Cedar point from the rocks at the lighthouse. Marblehead has a winery and cute boutiques. We were masked anywhere we entered inside. Rode around on a golf cart on Put in bay! FYI don’t rent a golf cart as soon as you get to Put in bay. Take the bus for $3.00 and then rent from one of the Vendors around the corner. The townhouse we rented was in a perfect location, clean and had all the amenities we needed. Coffee on the screened porch looking over Lake Eerie was just what we needed to start our day! Thank you, for sharing. We will definitely come back!
