Located on Lakeshore Drive just 1-½ blocks from downtown Port Clinton and the Jet Express ferry service to Put-in-Bay & Kelleys Islands this 1-BR condo will accommodate a max of 6. Sleeping arrangements are a queen in the master bedroom, a sleeper sofa, daybed with trundle and two roll away beds. You’ll also find a fully equipped kitchen, cable TV, wall air conditioner and a GREAT LAKE VIEW with access to the private sandy beach, pool, grill area and kids play area.

The condo was everything that was listed. Family loved it. Just wish the weather was warmer so we could have enjoyed the pool.

The location was wonderful, the outside of the property was good and our view from the balcony was beautiful. However, the furniture in this condo was very run down we could not sleep on the sofa sleeper it was so bad. The wicker set looked ols and we were afraid to sit on them. When we got there we found that we could not lock the front door from the inside and the bathroom door wouldn't lock and it needed to be replaced. We did contact the host and they sent someone up in just a few hours to fix the front door. Overall I would rate my stay a 6 out of 10.

All went smoothly with our stay. While the condo was clean it is very dated and a few things need fixing, like the bathroom door and exhaust fan.

My husband and I love the Lake Erie Island and Shores and come here every year for our anniversary. We chose this location because we could walk to the many restaurants and entertainment in Downtown Port Clinton, as well as the onsite pool, hot tub and private beach. We saw online that the condo was outdated, which was not exactly an issue for us. What was an issue, though, was the terrible mattress on the bed in the bedroom, as well as the pull-out couch and futon. They are terrible and need to be replaced. Both of our backs, necks and shoulders are extremely sore. We also had issues with the main door locking. Each time we went in or out we were not sure if we would be able to get the door to lock. The wicker furniture in the Sunroom needs to be replaced, especially the one rocking chair as one of the legs was broken and the piece was actually missing.
We are not even sure who owns this condo but the individual that is noted as the "host" seems to be a representative of L.E.V.R and was not very responsive or helpful.
We hope to return to the "property" but not to this particular condo if the mattresses are not replaced or the door locking mechanism fixed.
