IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR GUESTS:
Rental Agreement: It is mandatory to sign a tourist rental agreement for stays of less than 10 days, in accordance with tourism regulations under Law 15/2018 and Decree 10/2021 of the Valencian Community (GVA). For stays longer than 11 days, the regulations set forth in Decree 1312/2024 will apply, with a seasonal contract. To this end, we will contact the guest a few days in advance to request the necessary information and thus expedite check-in.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: Upon signing the contract, a security deposit of 150 euros in cash must be paid, which will be refunded on the day of departure after a visual inspection of the property.
Check-in: On the day of arrival, you must stop by our office located at Calle Campo Torres No. 22 in Denia (Inmobiliaria Denirent), where we will hand you the keys to the apartment and provide directions to your accommodation. We do not accompany the guest to the accommodation. Check-in is from 4:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., and check-out is at 10:00 a.m. If you need to check in or out at a different time, please check availability with the agency.
Check-out: On the day of departure, we will meet you at the apartment at the time agreed upon with you to inspect the condition of the property, collect the keys, and return your security deposit.
Legislation: All guests wishing to stay at this property must register with SES Hospedajes in order to complete the guest registration forms with all the information required by the Ministry of the Interior, pursuant to Royal Decree 933/2021, October 26. To this end, we will provide you with a link for registration.
The following is prohibited:
Exceeding the maximum occupancy of the apartment.
Hosting parties or events that may disturb the building’s neighbors; furthermore, quiet hours and rules established by the homeowners’ association must be respected.
Smoking inside the apartment is prohibited.
Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
