About this house rental
Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This cozy and modern 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom accommodations are the perfect place to enjoy the natural beauty and tranquility of the Pacific coast. Decorated in an understated yet avant-garde style, it is ideal for couples, groups of friends, or family getaways. Our property offers a relaxing and comfortable environment, with everything you need to unwind and enjoy yourself to the fullest.
- Modern and comfortable space:
The rooms are furnished with a double bed and high-quality bedding, so you can rest well. Both bathrooms are spacious and feature an amazing shower, perfect for refreshing yourself after a day of exploring.
It’s also important to note that WE DON’T HAVE HOT WATER; this is one of the ways we try to be as eco-friendly as possible
- Fully equipped kitchen:
If you prefer to cook your own meals, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need: refrigerator, stove, microwave, and kitchen utensils.
- Private outdoor area:
Relax on the private patio or terrace. You can have your own barbecue!
- Wi-Fi and air conditioning:
Stay connected with family and friends or enjoy some entertainment during your stay with fast Wi-Fi and air conditioning.
Please keep in mind that:
- We do NOT have hot water. As part of our commitment to the environment and a more sustainable lifestyle, we do not use traditional hot water systems at this property. We’ve chosen to reduce unnecessary energy consumption and encourage a more conscious use of resources.
- We do not consider the property suitable (or equipped) for infants.
- Access for people with some degree of disability is limited because there are stairs to reach the accommodation
- We strive to ensure that our guests have the best possible stay, but we also greatly value guests who are considerate, responsible, and mindful
- We are currently expanding our project, which is why you may occasionally hear some construction noise, and that’’s why we’re offering a price reduction
- Finally, we’re located within a gated community that features a CLUB with excellent facilities; if you book with us, you’ll have access to the pool, gym, and the option to reserve the tennis courts.
