Perched high above Playas del Coco, this luxury 3rd-floor condo offers panoramic Pacific Ocean views and resort-style amenities. With two spacious master suites, high-end finishes, and a balcony that stretches the length of the condo, it’s the perfect retreat for couples, friends, or families who want both comfort and privacy.
We manage over 100 vacation rentals in the area, so our hosting style is a little different than that of an individual host. During your stay, you’ll be supported by a dedicated team to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Coco Bay Estates is located between Playas del Coco and Playa Ocotal. Tucked off the main road, you are just a 5-minute drive to the shops and restaurants of Playas del Coco. This beautiful development has a gated entry and 24/7 security. Coco Bay Estates is a mixture of luxury homes plus four condo towers with quick access to the area’s beaches and attractions.
Guests have private use of the condo and share the development amenities - community pools, clubhouse, gym, etc - with other guests.

Transportation: Due to steep roads and driveways within the condo development, golf carts are not permitted. We recommend a rental car or private driver — our guest services team can assist with arrangements

GETTING AROUND
For your convenience, we recommend a rental car during your stay, and we’re happy to assist with arrangements. Please note that golf carts are not permitted in this section of the development due to the steep terrain, and the property is not easily walkable.

Spacious and clean condo with a spectacular view. It features all the necessary amenities and a huge balcony the extends across the entire living space. The club access is a lovely perk featuring a beautiful pool and excellent oicklball and tennis facilities.

Property was very nice. Great location around Coco Beach area. Felt very safe the entire time, and the Coco Beach Club was a nice addition to be able to hang out by the pool and get some drinks and food… Very nicely decorated condo, bigger than we needed for the two of us, but next time we will have more people come with us!! I would definitely stay here again!!!! They were quick to respond to any messages and it was an easy process from start to finish…No complaints here whatsoever!!!!

I loved the property. I would definitely stay there again. Gated community. Nice pools, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, weight room. Most importantly, the view is breath taking overlooking the the bay.
