El Mirador is a 2,120 sqft penthouse condo with 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Two King bed master suites and one queen bedroom with full bath across the hall. All with expansive oceanviews and balconies. The elevated ceiling grand room opens to a balcony with a dining table for 6, couch, coffee table and BBQ. El Mirador is the highest and only unit on the fifth floor of the Segovia condominiums located in the gated community of Coco Bay Estates.
The main living area features an open floor plan - kitchen, living room and dining area all flow together, and extend to the covered lanai to enjoy the ocean views. El Mirador is professionally decorated. A dining table which seats up to 8 people with additional seating located at the granite breakfast bar. The master baths have walk in closets, double sinks and walk in tiled showers. One master bath also has a jacuzzi bath. The full bath across from the double bedroom also has a walk in tiled shower.
El Mirador is located in Playas Del Coco, just twenty minutes from Liberia (Daniel Oduber) International Airport - (LIR) and just minutes from dining, attractions and nightlife! Segovia Condominiums are comprised of 5 buildings of 5 stories each all with elevators. El Mirador is in the tallest building on the top floor. This penthouse is the only unit on the floor. Renting at El Mirador allows you to enjoy it all. The Segovia pool. The exceptionally large pool at the Clubhouse features a rock water slide. The manicured grounds surrounding the pool lead you to the state-of-the art tennis courts or into the Clubhouse housing the restaurant, bar and fitness center. Fitness center with weights, equipment, bikes, elliptical and treadmill.
Coco Bay Estates Beach Club:
This private beach club exclusive to Coco Bay Estates residents is located on Ocotal Beach a five minute drive from El Mirador. There you can enjoy an infinity pool and the palapa clubhouse. It is located on the beach right next door to Father Rooster's - one of the area's most popular beach bar/restaurants!

Our second outstanding stay at el mirador. The penthouse is a wonderful retreat and stay. The beach club and new second pool was a greatlil oaisis. The new second pool could benefit from some shade as it is toasty. I think the structure is there for thay just not roofed or thatched yet.Check in was easy and smooth, gatedaccess provides piece of mind,easy walk DOWN to town and shoos. However as all reviews to get to the top she is a steep climb so be prepared, car required which for us is standard in CR

This is a beautiful home, high in the mountains surrounding Playa Del Coco. This is a great choice for a large family vacation. Craig responded to our inquiries promptly, and Grethel, the property manager, keeps an eye on us every few days. The property is highly recommended and has a well-matched description.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The penthouse affords the most relaxing and beautiful view. It is large with plenty of room. We cooked in every night, and Grethel even acquired us some fresh Mahi Mahi to grill and make ceviche. It was so delicious. Grethel is a pro, she found us a driver to Monteverde for a day as well. Just FYI, there is major construction going on directly next door, where they are using large equipment to scrape rock/grounds. Hopefully they will be done soon.

Absolutely gorgeous view, my family of 5 loved it! Also highly recommend La Leona Waterfall hike and fishing. We cooked many meals in and enjoyed the sunset most evenings. A rental car is a must.
