Southwest of downtown Nashville lies the quaint and quiet neighborhood of Sylvan Park, a largely residential area brimming with locally-owned restaurants, bars, and shops that have stood the test of time.
The neighborhood’s main thoroughfare is Murphy Road, which ends at McCabe Park, where locals and visitors alike enjoy McCabe Golf Course and the surrounding Richland Creek Greenway. The Nations and West End neighborhoods flank either side of Sylvan Park.

First level has 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms Laundry in the master closet . Living room Kitchen and the porch goes out to the upper level deck . THe downstairs is two more bedrooms with a separate kitchen area dining and bathroom with a walk out to the lower deck and the yard .
We are on the bus route and Nashville has mass transit , Uber and Lyft as well
We are in a residential neighborhood and we like our neighbors so please be respectful and keep your voices to a nice level when you are outside enjoying yourself .
