Lipstick & Boots - Luxury 3-Level Condo with Private Garage near Music Row

Absolutely loved the location and the security measures. Obviously the aesthetic of the condo is super cute and the space is overall really nice! We only had a group of 4 however there was more than enough beds for at least 8-10 people.

Overall, we had a great stay. The only major issue was that the door lock wasn’t working when we arrived, but it was addressed promptly, which we really appreciated. There were a few minor maintenance items we noticed that weren’t an inconvenience to us but may be worth addressing: * One of the bar stools has several screws missing, so the seat isn’t fully attached to the legs. * Some of the white washcloths were stained. * The towel rod and toilet paper holder in the second-floor bathroom are loose. * The ceiling light to the left of the sprinkler in the kitchen flickers and seems like it may need to be replaced soon. * The living room TV remote stopped working, so we ended up using the Roku app on our phone. * Several of the neon signs were not working, which was a little disappointing since we were looking forward to taking photos with them. None of these minor issues negatively impacted our stay, but I wanted to mention them so they can be taken care of before they become bigger problems. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciate the quick response to the door lock issue.

The location was perfect. The space was accommodating. Perfect for a girls weekend!

Master bed sheets had the peeling/rough texture. Master bath towels were a little worn. Inner compartment of the kitchen trash can would not stay up so bag would fall in.

I thought the house was nice & clean.

It was a great location and the rooms were big and the place was clean and very nice.

I don’t have anything really bad to but bed sheets and some towels were left in dryer. Not that big of a deal. Only other thing was we went to leave and outside door knob came right off. I emailed them and they came out quickly so them are the only two things that I have to say but they’re not that bad. It’s just things that happen.
