Sleeping arrangements:

Bedroom 1 - Ground level with a Queen size bed and full bath with a bathtub / shower combo. It has a nice size Walk-In closet with a twin size roll away in the closet that you are welcome to put wherever you like in the home.

Bedroom 2 - Technically, this is the Primary bedroom in the home and it`s located on the third level. It has two Queen size beds with a larger bathroom suite with double vanities and a shower. Also, it contains a massive oversized Walk-In closet where we have a roll away bed set up so it can provide some privacy if needed but guests are welcome to move it if you like.

Bedroom 3 - Very similar to Bedroom 2 in that it has two Queen sized beds with another large bathroom suite with double vanities and a shower. The closet isn`t quite as large but still a large offers a large Walk-In closet.

Lastly, we have an oversize couch that provides lots of room to relax and could easily sleep a couple of adults. Lots of room to stretch out and enjoy!

Entire home and private garage are all available to guests. Lockbox on front door for easy access in and out.

We typically don`t meet our guests at the home unless there is a reason to do so. However, we are readily available to make recommendations, answer any questions, or address any needs that may come up while in our home. We also check in from time to time to make sure everyone is having a BLAST!

The area is made up about 90% brand new homes very similar to this one. The make up is mostly young professionals and small families. Everyone likes to have fun but it`s a quiet respectful community... it`s the Nashville way! There is plenty of parking in the garage (2 cars) and on the street. The home is right off Charlotte Avenue close to downtown so it`s super easy access around town.

Walk, Lyft, Uber, Scooters , Bus, etc.... lots of cheap options for getting around. :)
