This home is equipped with two Smart Locks. There are no keys for added security. You will be given an access code prior to check-in. Access will start at 4pm day of check-in and expire at 10am day of check-out unless a prior arrangement has been made.

NO LOCALS
We don't accept bookings from guests who live in Nashville or within 60 miles, and we ask that you not book if you're local or plan to host local visitors. Local bookings may be canceled at the host's discretion. This helps us protect the home and our neighbors. Thanks for understanding.

CHECK-IN 4 PM / CHECK-OUT 10 AM
Early check-in or late check-out may be available for a $200 fee, subject to our schedule and host pre-approval in advance.

STAIRS
This is a 3-story home with many stairs, and guests will use them throughout their stay. We're happy to host children, but please note the home is not childproofed, so supervise little ones at all times. There is an elevator on-site, but it is turned off and not available for guest use.

PARKING
Two-car garage is available plus free street parking in the neighborhood, available first come, first served.

PET POLICY:
We do not allow pets of any kind at the property. Please respect this policy. If we learn of unknown pets inside the home through security footage or evidence in the home you will be subject to a $500 fine.
