Highlights: -DOCK YOUR BOAT and boat to Lake Huron in minutes! -GOLF CART included in summer months! -Backyard waterfront TIKI BAR w/ plenty of space to relax, eat, drink, and watch the action! -PRIVATE BEACH access is a 5-minute walk! -FISH off the back deck! -Easily walk to downtown Caseville bars, restaurants, etc. -Calm, private neighborhood that is family-friendly -Updated, clean, open concept home Bedroom 1: King bed with attached full bathroom with standing shower Bedroom 2: Queen bed Bedroom 3: Bunk bed - upper bunk is a twin with 150lb weight limit and the bottom bunk is a full with a 250lb weight limit. Pack-and-play available for use. Hallway: Additional full bathroom with bathtub Main living room/kitchen: Open concept with two large couches, a dining room table, bar seating, and a full kitchen. The coffee tabletop raises into a desk for a convenient desktop while sitting on the couch. Deck: Full-size deck with two levels including a patio table/chairs, two-person glider, tiki bar, and a grill. It is right on the marina waterfront. You can dock your boat off of the back deck. Boats go by all day going in and out of Lake Huron. Beach: It is less than 5 minutes to walk to a private beach for island residents only. No crowds! Parking: Two parking spaces MAXIMUM. There are not places to have extra cars near the house. Extra vehicles would have to be left in town. Golf cart parked outside ready for use in summer months. Extras: We have two kids bikes, two adult bikes, two kids kayaks, and sand beach toys for your use. You will have access to the entire house. You are welcome to contact us at any time with questions through Airbnb! You can also text or call us! This is a quiet, private neighborhood. We ask that you do not have any parties here. We love our neighbors and respect their quiet space. If you have guests visiting they will need to park in town as there is not extra parking at the house and the neighbors do not want anyone parking on their lawn.
