About this house rental
Spend a week relaxing on the shores of Saginaw Bay, Lake Huron. Our fully furnished home is located on Beadle Island within the City limits of Caseville.
The front of the cottage faces west and offers spectacular sunsets. You can sit on the deck and watch the boats go in and out of the harbor along the Caseville break wall. The sandy beach area provides a place for sunbathing, a game of Bocce ball, Frisbee or whatever outside games you bring along for your week of fun. Shallow water along the shoreline provides an excellent area for kids to play.
You are welcome to bring your kayaks or canoes to paddle in the lake or up the river to the downtown harbor.
Fishing is available nearby from the city access area just off the break wall parking lot.
You can walk or bike to the downtown area in minutes to spend some time checking out the unique shops or have lunch at one of the local restaurants. You can also buy some food from the local stores and grill outside on the provided gas grill.
If you want to venture away from the shore, there are several golf courses nearby as well as miniature golf for family fun, or you can visit one of the state’s premier Farmer's Market each Saturday in Port Austin located about 20 miles north of Caseville along M-25.
Our home is a perfect place to create some special memories with your family and friends. We are located on a private beach for the homeowners along the shoreline. A clean sandy beach and sandy bottom lake are right out the door. Our home includes three bedrooms, two bathrooms and provides sleeping space for up to eight people. This includes two bedrooms upstairs with one having two double beds and a queen sized bed in the other. We added an additional bedroom downstairs with a queen bed and a sofa sleeper in the downstairs living room. WiFi is available for use.
During the Summer months we rent from Sunday to Sunday (7 days). Check-in after 4 p.m. and before 10 a.m. on check-out day. Off months minimum 2-3 nights stay. Maximum 3 vehicles in the driveway. Do not park on the neighbor's property. Marihuana use is prohibited inside and out.

Exactly what we were looking for. Quiet, secluded neighborhood with private beach access and amazing views of the bay. The sunsets were incredible. Excellent location close to Caseville and Port Austin as well as numerous parks and destinations along the lake shore. House was spacious and well equipped, and hosts were super friendly and welcoming. Would recommend to anyone visiting the area.

This is our second year there and the place is fabulous. Everything is clean they provide coffee. There's a little welcome. Jar of candy. Super cute.just a wonderful place.!!

The cottage was immaculate. And they had every imaginable thing you could need at a cottage and then some. it was roomy. It was comfortable. The views were absolutely beautiful and the beach lovely soft, warm sand on your feet. It was great. We love the sand bars they’re kind of endless. I went with my daughter and my grandson. We can’t wait to go again.
