Beach Lane is nestled in a quaint neighborhood next to the Caseville County Park, which is considered to have the best beach on the east side of the state. Kayaks/ kite surfing rental and The Baywatch on the Beach Grill located about a 100 yards from the yard. It’s a short walk to downtown where there are open air concerts, restaurants, shopping and a farmers market with crafts every weekend during the summer. Fully equipped back yard with beautiful sunset views.
This house has plenty of space to spread out as well as a large multi purpose room for a group to gather together.
Guest will have access to the entire house and fenced in back yard. There will be items stored in the garage addition that can be used by guest. ( beach and Adirondack chairs ect...)
We offer contactless entry .
All of the information for your stay will be posted on the board at the entry door including House Rules and check out instructions.
We are available to answer
any questions via text or direct calls.
This is a beach community. Kite surfing, kayaking, festivals, concerts, shopping & restaurants all available within a short walk as well as right outside the door.
There are 3 parking spaces available, but once you park you can walk to wherever you need to go
The property has a fenced in yard, outdoor movie theater, grill and fire pit.

2. Rinse sand off feet before entering
3. No smoking or vaping
4. No pets allowed
5. No eating or drinking in bedrooms or furniture (water only)
6. No commercial use without approval
7. There are no refunds on internet service outage.
8. No glass allowed outside
9. No mail allowed to be delivered to guest at the property
10. No moving furniture. Return everything that is used back to its original place.

Very clean and in a great location. It would be perfect for a larger family with kids. We enjoyed the bonfire and all being able to have our own rooms.

Lovely, clean home with a beautiful view for a fun ladies weekend. We had everything we needed to enjoy the home to its fullest. Host was great and checking in and out were simple and trouble free.

This is such a cute beach house. Our girls weekend was perfect at this location. Just a short walk to a private beach where we spent our days relaxing. At night we enjoyed the bon fire pit and the close proximity to local bars and restaurants. We will definitely return!
