- No more than 3 cars on site
- Do NOT park on road or in neighbors' way!
-No Smoking
- All furniture must be put back where it is found!
- No Shoes on while inside the home
- Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM
- Please respect our neighbors by not having loud music or by yelling and using profanity (many are permanent residents!)
- Garbage must be bagged up, put into trash bins at the end of the drive way at departure.
- You must be 25 or older to rent this cottage
- Please note: RVs, tents, and campers are not permitted at our homes. Failure to comply will result in applicable fees.

Great house close to town and beach. Loved exploring all the shops and beaches. Was so glad we were able to bring our dogs. Thanks for letting us stay.

Was not the cleanest especially for the price we paid for the two nights. There was a lot of spider webs and dust present. King bed was comfortable.
