Enjoy this quiet and centrally located ground-floor apartment. Less than 100 meters from the ADO bus terminal, one block from Soriana supermarket and Playamed Hospital, and just a few blocks from the entrance to the Hotel Zone and Puerto Cancún. It's a clean, quiet, and safe location. The apartment features two bedrooms with king-size beds, a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, coffee maker, and high-speed internet. It's also very close to bars, restaurants, Markets 23 and 28, and Parque de las Palapas.
The apartment is located in a quiet building, in a safe area and is very spacious in Cancun, it has all the necessary amenities to feel like your vacation home and with very homey details

Centrally located, very quiet, home to the pioneers of the city of Cancun and is located a couple of blocks from the municipality, restaurants, bars, hospital, bus terminal, and supermarket.
This whole area is quiet so you can walk around at any time without worry. Nader Avenue has all kinds of restaurants and bars where you can be entertained, and it's also just meters away from the bus terminal that takes you to the airport and any destination on the Yucatan Peninsula.
This is a peaceful place to relax and then go out and explore the world, because that's what your vacation is all about. Here, we do everything we can to take care of the environment, which you'll discover upon arrival, as we respect the tree that was next to the studios.
We also have CUBI humidity sensors to regulate air conditioners and thus use the least amount of energy possible.
