The apartment is nice and modern decorated, the kitchen is very well equipped, the rooms are comfortable
You cannot have hot water in the two showers at the same time!! Only in one.... Also the location is far from the center

Nice and newer modern apartment, comfortable and functional, excellent value, easy transition
Location is close to last palapas and but not super close, 8 min walk to bus stop, but I think is reflected on price Occasional street noise from the main street that is close by, but not dramatic

Location walking distance to ADO busstation as well as city buses as well as many restaurants and a supermarket. 2 bathrooms is nice. Drinking water is provided on request. Convenience store around the corner. Clear communication with the management team. AC everywhere.
Hallway to the entrance of the apartment was a bit smelly. Bedroom with the ensuite quite small.

El departamento tal cuál las fotografías, muy bonito y camas bastante cómodas. Erick atento nos apoyo para resguardar las maletas mucho antes del check in, gracias por ello.
Todo estuvo bien, solo que desconocía que al llegar al alojamiento hacen un cobro por daños de $2,000 MXN que son reembolsables a la salida si todo queda en orden. Me hubiera gustado que estuviera más especificado desde antes de la reserva ya que al solicitarlo por WhatsApp me dió un poco de desconfianza pero me apoyaron a enviarlo por mensaje de booking y todo salió bien. El deposito me fue devuelto sin problema 😉
