Casa Neem

The place was very clean and cute. We had everything we needed and the staff were really accommodating, welcoming and responsive! The proximity to Parque de las Palapas and the Mercado is amazing for travellers who want to explore the centre of Cancún.

Although we signed up for this room knowing the size, it was a bit small for 3 people. It would’ve helped to have a little bit more space to put away our clothes and there was no safe in our room.

Nice comfortable place. Stylish. Liked the cement floors and shower. Convenient to walk everywhere. They answered their phone when we called.

Bed could have been more comfortable. Couldnt figure out how to use Netflix.

The apartment is simple, clean and in a pleasant location for a few local restaurants and the market, once we had found them.

No information in the apartment about local places to visit, bus information, or recommendations for local restaurants. Very useful for strangers to the area. We had to ask linen for the sofa bed. Bathroom is very small. We got off to a bad start because of miscommunication about taxis. We specifically asked to be collected from Departures at Terminal 3 whereas the taxi went to Terminal 4, which was apparently our fault somehow? We were in the right location at the correct time. Very expensive taxi ride in from the airport and a very half hearted apology given. Tried to contact our hosts but got no response at all, messages ignored. We were given a room on the first floor which made getting heavy bags up the stairs very hard for 2 older ladies. Nobody around to help. Description does not make it clear it's a shared terrace.
