Quiet, Perfect for families, Cats, Near everything

This is a wonderful, spacious apartment that is excellently equipped for either a short or long-term stay. I think it's an especially good option for couples.

I was pretty satisfied all around. The wi-fi could have been faster, and if I had to nitpick, they could have had an air conditioning unit in the main room. But this place was perfect for me.

We wanted a downtown location to explore Cancun. We were a short walk from the main road where there were frequent buses to take you wherever you wanted to go. This apartment is also a short walk from parque de las Palapas which is an amazing place for food and entertainment in the evening. Good air con. Nice spacious rooms. Lots of places to sit. Big comfortable bed. Nice and secure with the external door so felt very safe. The location was also nice and quiet for sleeping at night. Lots of restaurants and shops in the local area.

This is just being very picky but I would have preferred some drawers or more hangers for clothes as I like to unpack on holiday and I didn’t feel there was as much storage space as I would have liked. Another very picky comment is that the water pressure in the shower wasn’t amazing but neither of these things would put me off staying here again or from recommending the property.

This apartment could be good for family of 4 people who would like to cook. Chop prices compare with other hotels. There is the kitchen with all kitchen needs. We eat at the restaurants, took Uber each time. Wall AC only for the bedroom with the strong wind. Could not fix it. We could not change the towels, trash out, did not cleaned fir 4 nights. . At the end of the trip we speak with the cleaner. The trash we should tape out by ourself. But did not get anything else we need.
