The bed was comfortable and the room was perfect for a short stay and nice and clean. Location was really nice and staff let us check out 1 hour late and kept our bags for us whilst we went around the city which was very nice.
The advert says rooftop pool and when we spoke to the check in guy he said there was a pool on the rooftop but there is only a small pool when you enter and it is not a very inviting space. The shower also lets out water through a crack and the bin was a bit dirty and the shower only went very hot and was difficult to get the right temperature. Also only found out after making the booking that they need a 100 dollar deposit which is very high for a 70 euro booking.

The room was clean and as expected. Location isnt bad, close to the centro bus terminal
Check-in procedure was not good. I was not shared any check-in information until I sent a security deposit to the host via Paypal. This was not stated when booking the place or right after. I was informed of this on the day of the check-in. Not happy about that.
