HOUSE RULES & IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Please read carefully and share ALL rules with your entire group. Every guest is responsible for following them.
NO SMOKING
Absolutely no smoking inside the apartment or anywhere on the property, including the balcony.
Violation will result in immediate removal with no refund.
SURVEILLANCE CAMERA
A front door security camera is installed and monitored.
Do not tamper with it. Tampering will result in removal from the property with no refund.
NO PETS ALLOWED
NO MAILBOX ACCESS
FOR GROUPS WITH CHILDREN
Please ensure children do not run, make excessive noise, or disturb neighbors.
FOR GROUP BOOKINGS
If you are not a solo traveler, you must share these rules with your entire party.
Everyone must be aware of all instructions.
IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ
MATCHING ID REQUIRED
A valid matching ID is required at check-in.
Please have it ready.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
A refundable security deposit of $300–$500 may be required.
The request will be sent prior to check-in and must be paid before arrival.
You will receive your deposit back on the same day as checkout once:
Keys and garage transponders are returned
Nothing is missing or damaged
No major rules are broken
This helps ensure a safe environment for you and future guests.
BUILDING ACCESS & INSPECTIONS
Building owners or management may enter the property with proper notice to perform required services (such as fire alarm checks or safety inspections) or during emergencies.
This is standard procedure and access cannot be denied.
SAME-DAY BOOKINGS
Please allow 2–3 hours of notice before check-in time.
NO EXTRA GUESTS
Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed.
Unregistered guests will result in immediate removal with no refund.
CLEANING & MAINTENANCE
One-Time Cleaning Fee
This covers:
Vacuuming or sweeping
Mopping
Sanitizing surfaces
Trash removal
Laundry
Basic household supplies for the first few days
Note:
Non-reusable supplies are not provided for long stays. Guests staying longer must purchase additional supplies if needed.
DISHES
All dishes used must be washed during your stay.
A dishwasher is available.
TRASH
Do not leave trash or litter in parking garages, as fines may apply.
Before checkout, take all trash that does not fit in bins to the trash chute or dumpsters.
Excessive trash left in the unit may result in an additional cleaning fee.
TOILETS
Do not flush:
Feminine products
Napkins
Trash
Wipes (including those labeled “flushable”)
Toilet paper only.
GARBAGE DISPOSAL
Only small, soft food items may be placed in the disposal.
Do not put bones, trash, or hard items in the sink.
SUPPLIES
Do not throw away any empty bottles or containers of:
Cleaners
Soaps
Laundry detergent
Shampoo or conditioner
Body wash
Please leave them in the unit for our team.
LINENS
Stained or damaged bedding or towels may result in a charge if not repairable.
FURNITURE
Please do not move beds, couches, or sofas to avoid damage.
COMMUNICATION
If you encounter any issue during your stay, please message us immediately.
Do not wait until checkout—by then, nothing can be fixed.
