Nice base if heading out each day.

Beautiful modern and comfortable room. Parking is first come first serve however we never had any issues. Staff helpful in storing our lost luggage which arrived at 3am. Nice cafes around.

This hotel is clean and comfortable, and we’d stay here again.

The property was clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable, and the amenities were good. It also was a short walk to restaurants and the Farmer’s Market.

The blinds don’t completely darken the room. There is no coffee maker in the room, though there is one in the lobby.

I really really like this place for the price.

They really made this beautiful. The courtyard was lovely, they had coffee. It was jsut a great stay for me I was more than surprised by what I found in this place.

It wasn't in Beverly Hills at all. Just call it what it is West LA. It was still nice, but it wasn't Beverly Hills. Parking is tight but it is free. No microwaves in the room which could be helpful. The refrigerator in my room didn't keep things cold. Every thing else was great.

My stay was great! The room was clean and housekeeping ladies were very nice and helpful.

I only have one small complaint which is parking. There are only a few parking spots for guests.

Location.

The hotel charged me the wrong amount prior to my arrival, recharged me again with the deposit upon arrival, they have since refunded me the wrong amount charged initially, but they have not refunded my deposit and won't answer my messages or emails, and they don't answer the phone, and my bank has cleared the charged, so they never refunded it. I now have to contact Booking.com or dispute it with my bank if Booking.com won't help me. Oh, and they do have bed bugs as another customer advised in their review. I have 3 bites on my back.

They stole my AirPods Pro !!!!

Location

I was ROBBED !!!!. I got my AirPods stolen. I was able to track my AirPods back to the hotel and later on all over the city. I spoke to the manager and asked him to please tell the staff to give me back and I would just forget about it. But he refused to even consider the fact that somebody from his crew could have Taken it. I’m extremely disappointed. Be extra careful with your belongings. If you get robbed also, they will not do anything about it. Not even ask the housekeepers. What a shame.!!!!!

Highly recommend

The place is in SUCH a nice location, walking distance from Erewhon and the Grove. Inside it is super nice, very spacious, modern, fresh, with mirrors with led lights. The price-to-quality was really good, absolutely worth it for LA averages/standards, and the area of the hotel.

The floor dirtier than it looks. My friend walked barefoot and her feet got SO black... But nothing else (beds, bathroom were clean). Also the parking is very tight but at least it is included in the price and offers you to stay in a very good location.

Machbar, aber nicht so komfortabel wie erhofft

Das Bett war bequem. Die Beleuchtung des Zimmers war sehr gut, vor allem das Licht unterm Bett. Es gab eine Minibar die leer war, so das man für seine Einkäufe gut Platz hatte.

Die Kommunikation vorab über die Booking App war sehr schlecht. Ich habe einfache keine Antwort auf Nachrichten bekommen. Vor Ort wurde beim Check In nur die nötigsten Informationen geteilt und nicht mehr. Kosmetik Artikel (Hair Conditioner) wurden nicht aufgefüllt. An der Garderobe fehlten die Haken. Strenger Geruch im Zimmer. Kaputtes Fliegengitter. Das Zimmer / Haus ist sehr sehr hellhörig. Wenn draußen einer vorbeigeht wird man direkt aus dem Schlaf gerissen. Demzufolge ist der Schlaf auch sehr schlecht.

Se ve mucho mejor en las fotos que en persona. Además es ruidoso, el A/C es viejo, no tiene closet ni donde guardar ropa, no te dejan botella de agua en la habitación. La cama es muy aguada, el baño es pequeño. No vale lo que cuesta

Ótima localização Tem um cafezinho gratuito na entrada, utilizamos várias vezes ao dia Quarto espaçoso e confortável.

Quarto barulhento, janela para a rua. Ficamos no térreo e o quarto de cima fazia barulho e dava para escutar tudo.
