Great place!!! The entire process was very smooth and easy from the managers. The house is bigger than we thought and is on three levels so if you are with young children you might want to take into consideration that two bedrooms are on the top floor, and one is on the bottom (the middle is the kitchen/living room). The kitchen is lovely and each room has an ensuite, and there is a bathroom (without shower) on the middle floor, which worked really well for us as we had someone sleeping on the sofa bed, so everyone had their own toilet. The location is amazing and perfectly central for getting around Hollywood, or anywhere in LA for that matter. There is also a garage for parking your car that is part of the complex and very secure.

Our stay near N St. Andrews Place was upbeat and full of flavors—from Korean BBQ joints to casual brunch cafes. Evening drinks at Tu Madre - Larchmont were a highlight before strolling the neighborhood streets. There’s no shortage of places to explore nearby. Great option for foodies and wanderers alike.

Staying at this townhouse felt like being in the center of Los Angeles excitement. I popped over to La Descarga one night for a fun music and dance vibe, then spent afternoons exploring The Paul Smith Pink Wall and snapping photos. The mix of theaters, bars, and eateries made every day feel like an adventure. Definitely one of the more dynamic parts of the city.

A localização, as amenidades, os utensílios. A casa é bem equipada e os anfitriões respondem rapidamente. Eles deixam kits para lavar louça e roupas, papel higiênico, toalhas extras. O fato de ter garagem também é um ponto positivo. Bem pertinho do observatório e do letreiro de hollywood. Para jantar ou almoçar, sugiro ir ao The Grove, muitas opções de lojas e restaurantes.
Dos quartos não serem todos no mesmo andar.
A limpeza deixa muito a desejar. As cortinas estão quebradas, não tem blackout, você acorda com o solzão na cara, exaustor e triturador não funcionavam. Portão da frente das casas quebrado, deixando a entrada vulnerável.
