Widok z 16 piętra - petarda. Lokalizacja idealna, blisko od dworca pkp czy na tramwaj. Czysto, komfortowo, w apartamencie wszystko czego potrzeba.
Nie została mi automatycznie przesłana instrukcja zameldowania. Efektem czego było grzanie ławki przed budynkiem podczas dyskusji z agentem AI przez 5 min, a potem czekanie w kolejce 15 min na połączenie z Panią, która manualnie przesłała mi niezbędne informacje.

Výborná poloha blízko Spodek arény. Nádherný výhľad zo 16.poschodia na mesto. Do 5 minút peši je Sliezske múzeum. Apartmán bol čistý, priestranný. Dostatočne vybavená kuchyňa na krátkodobý pobyt. Káva, čaj, cukor aj soľ k dispozícii.
Zmenila by som žalúzie v obývacej izbe. Pomotané šnúrky, nedali sa vôbec zatiahnuť. Určite by som to vymenila za modernejší zaťahovací systém. Cez týždeň sa ešte v objekte pracuje, takže treba rátať s vŕtaním a iným pracovným hlukom vo vedľajších apartmánoch.

On the day of arrival they still didn’t charge me for my stay, only for me to find out a few hours before arriving that they couldn’t charge me even though booking confirmed my card was correct and I’ve had many stays already paid for with this card. Even when I tried someone else’s card it did not work. Eventually I received a link I could use to pay with. Only if I paid in zl and not € they charged me the same amount that was mentioned on the website, in euro it was more. Also on the phone they say you can enter from 13h but online check in says 16h, so a bit confusing. In the end it was all okay but it was a bit stressful and I feel like it shouldn’t have been this difficult, especially for a big corporation. Also the showers didn’t really work properly, the lock to the bathroom door didn’t work either
