The apartment was very new and clean. The instructions were very clear. The personnel was very fast to answer inquiries.

The costumer service people are nice and polite but the service itself is not very good. We were two guests, and received two big body towels and one small face towel to share. We requested to have an extra towel, in order to have one each, and I was first answered that I could have one for an extra fee, and when I requested it, I was told that it is not possible to get an extra towels. We also requested an extra pillow during the booking process, and we did not receive an answer. When I requested it again, I was told that it was not possible to have it. I requested a refill of toilette paper, and I was answered that it was not possible. Therefore, although it is a nice and clean place, be aware that extra requests will not be fulfilled.

The door to the garage n gabbage area is not working, had to go around the building to throw it

Lokalizacja cudowna, idealnie na środku wszystkich atrakcji konsupcyjnych (po to przybyliśmy - Śląska Progibicja oraz Ciocho Cukrownia klasa) Dobrze że głównie przyjechaliśmy spędzić tylko noc w obiekcie.

Ciężko się dostać do obiektu - bardzo skomplikowane wejście gdzie nie działał nam kod do drzwi wejściowych, a pod numerem telefonu jest infolinia z której nic nie wynika. A sam obiekt: swąd kanalizacji w łazience, dywan nieprzyjemnie pachniał (jakby rybą) oraz sofa nie jest wygodna (przynajmniej dla mnie nie była)
