Zatkany brodzik i brak kawy dla trzeciej osoby. Wodę wylewającą się z zatkanego brodzika trzeba było ściągać swoim ręcznikiem

Pięknie urządzony apartament, absolutnie wszystko czego potrzeba. Co dla mnie bardzo ważne - czyściutko!!! Jeśli ktoś szuka apartamentu w centrum - idealnie - 3 kroki do Spodka. Bardzo dobra komunikacja z zarządcą - kolejny ogromny plus, w dodatku duża życzliwość w stronę klientów😊 jeśli będę szukacz czegoś w centrum Katowic - na pewno wrócę .
Coś co zupełnie niezależne od jakości apartamentu, a może to dla kogoś ważne - trochę kłopot z parkingiem, ponieważ jest bezpłatny - duży plus, ale nie gwarantowany. Bo to jest osiedle mieszkaniowe z ograniczona strefa parkowania. Mnie się jakoś zawsze udało, ale chwilę musiałam poszukać.
