Apartament nie był dobrze posprzątany- brudna lodówka, garnki. W łazience wypada uchwyt na papier toaletowy. Brak pilota do dekodera. W telewizji tylko 2 kanały - jedynka i dwójka.

Dogodna lokalizacja, łazienka w pokoju, bezpieczeństwo
Niski poziom higieny. Duża ilość pajęczyn i pająków przeróżnych rozmiarów. Problem z ogrzewaniem pokoju. Pokój często był wychłodzony. Ciężko było odnaleźć logikę w grzaniu - najwcześniej w cieplejsze dni kaloryfery cieplutkie, a w chłodne włączone na 2-3 godziny wieczorem a przez noc wyłączone i pokój się wychładzał. Kołdra i pościel poplamiona i śmierdząca. Czuć, że właściciele chcą zaoszczędzić na komforcie klientów, a szkoda bo miejsce z potencjałem. A w dzisiejszych czasach pościel można kupić za grosze i jednak częściej wymieniać.
