Very spacious, amazing view, great bathroom / shower. Close to some great viewpoints and hikes like Vereda do Larano. The host was very accommodating, gave some good food recommendations, and was kind enough to allow a later check out on request which we really appreciated!
House was located down a steep, narrow road which was manageable to drive up and down (and typical of Madeira) but not the easiest.

Clean and modern villa on the heights of Porto da Cruz. The host is very nice and will guide you to the unit.
There is a big patio with furniture and a beautiful panoramic view of the surrounding mountains and the Penha d'Aguia.
There is a little garden with fresh herbs and lettuce that you can help yourself to. There is access to a laundry machine.
Definitely need an automatic car as the access road is very steep, but once you get used to it, it's fine. Although the beddings are for 4 people, the kitchen area is a bit tight and the dining table a bit small to accommodate 4 people, but the living room is comfortable and spacious with a nice big couch.
