Elegantis Aventino Suite Apartment - Colosseo, Metro and Circo Massimo Nearby

Muy limpio, nuevo y cómodo. Bastante buena la ubicación, a 1 minuto del Circo Massimo y a 7 minutos del Coliseo y Foro. Bastante bien comunicado con el metro y con autobuses que llegan a cualquier parte de Roma relativamente rápido.

Clean, great A/C, comfortable beds (including sofa bed), location, everything's new, staff respond to inquiries and needs within minutes, you have everything you need even for longer stays, quiet, big shower, many amenities, very comfortable overall.

Many steps to get into the apartment, but that is something that has not got anything to do with the service Elegantis provides. Apartment in itself is real good. Note: given its location, if there are any events in the city, metro/bus stops nearby may be closed, as well as car park. Again, nothing the appartment can do anything about, but have that in mind when booking. I chose the worst weekend! But that's on me. I will chose them again when coming back to Rome regardless.

The location very near to Roman Empire sites like: Colosseum, Palatino Hills or Roman Forum. Very spacious place for a small family 3-4 members. Very quiet place. All amenities were new, nothing missing.

4 entrance keys. Would be perfect if go app mode.

Location Hard to beat. Walking distance to the Colosseum and Foro Romano, 5 minutes from Circo Massimo, metro station right there, and a bus stop at the door. If you're in Rome to actually see Rome, this is where you want to be. The apartment Everything looked brand new — clean, well-maintained, nothing felt tired or worn. The beds and pillows were genuinely comfortable (not always a given), and the kitchen was properly equipped if you want to cook rather than eat out every meal. The street outside A nice bonus: a solid pizza place and a great fish & seafood restaurant right on the same street. We ended up going back to both. The hosts Communicative and attentive without being intrusive. They checked in throughout the stay to make sure everything was fine and offered help when needed. Exactly what you want from a host. Overall A great base for exploring the city. Would stay again without hesitation.

A couple of things to improve The toiletries (shampoo, shower gel) were not enough for a family of four — quantity needs an upgrade. And a small starter kit in the kitchen would go a long way: olive oil, salt & pepper, basic spices. If the kitchen is there to be used, these small additions make a real difference and save guests a trip to the supermarket on day one.
