Brando Apartment San Saba

O apartamento é enorme, grande o suficiente e com todas as acomodações necessárias. Cozinha completa, banheiro bom. A poucos passos da estação de trem de onde se chega de Fiumicino. Ao lado de um mercado, farmácia,e fácil acesso a restaurantes. A estação de metrô Pirâmide fica menos de 5 minutos a pé.

A única observação é a porta do box, que não fecha. Quando se lava molha o piso se não tiver muito cuidado.

The neighborhood is very pleasant and quiet with several nice restaurants. Quite close to a metro station and a train station where you can take a train from the airport, but also a longish walk if you prefer to get to the Colosseum, etc., by foot instead of the metro. The kitchen and bath are well equipped and wifi is great. The host is very responsive to questions. It was nice to have the washing machine and a drying rack for my 2-week stay. Highly recommended.

Location is great

The beds are most h comfortable. Cheapest quality. The sofa bed in the living room has a flimsy mattress and my friend could not sleep at all because of the wired mesh below. The owner next day solved the problem by placing a carpet on the wire. The next night we could not sleep from the stink of the carpet. She told us later that nobody had complained of the carpet stink before - which means guests have complained of the bed in the first place and she always provides a an old carpet as a solution!! The pillows are flimsy. We did not try the television to see if it works. The shower head needs replacement. The water boiler in the kitchen is from 1950. I chose this apartment for the proximity to FAO for my work. My colleagues found other apartments in the same neighborhood of a very high quality and furnishing.
