Dear Niccolo, Thank you very much for your hospitality and for making our stay so enjoyable. We were very pleased with the accommodation. The apartment was comfortable, well-maintained, and exceptionally clean. We also loved the neighborhood and enjoyed exploring the surrounding area. We would especially like to thank you for your kindness and friendly attitude. You were a wonderful host, and your helpfulness contributed greatly to our positive experience. The only small thing we missed was having slippers and some kitchen towels or paper towels available in the apartment. Apart from that, everything was excellent. Thank you again for everything. 20-minute walk to the Colosseum, 30 minutes from the Trevi Fountain, there are bus and tram stops nearby, but we traveled everywhere on foot. quiet neighborhood, walkable from Ostiense station, comfortable beds, close to shops. Great place, clean and in a good location, away from the noise of the city center.

The view from the window but it doesn't matter because you don't spend much time in the apartment . There is a washing machine but you need to bring your own laundry powder or laundry detergent tablets. Same with the dishwasher.

Good location, about a 1.4km walk to the Colosseum, handy to buses & trains, restaurants & a couple of small supermarkets nearby.

We stayed in the 1 bedroom apartment (Flora). Directly under the first floor apartment is a child care centre so we were woken by crying babies from 8am onwards, also the lady in the apartment above was having a screaming match with someone from 1am-4am each night!!! I realise this has nothing to do with the owner, but be aware! The shower needs urgent replacement, the water has no pressure & runs anywhere other than where it’s supposed to! The rain head leaks all down the side & the hand held shower head just leaks & needs replaced. Basically little or no hot water in the kitchen. The front door key (there are 3 different keys to get in) wouldn’t unlock the door on the first night but luckily someone from another apartment let us in!
