50mt METRO Station - 20min walking from COLOSSEUM - RomeCentralHouse - Elegant and fully equipped

There are so many wonderful things I could say about this apartment. First of all, huge thanks to Simone and Francesca, who were incredibly kind and responsive, always available to answer my questions before our arrival and making the check-in process smooth and easy. The amount of care and attention the hosts have put into the apartment is evident in every detail. From the cute hats and umbrellas available for guests to use to the toys for children, maps and information about Rome and ofcourse the wonderful folder that Simone has prepared with all the manuals and tips. The apartment truly felt like a cosy home away from home. Everything we needed was provided, including a dishwasher, coffee machine, and, of course, air conditioning—which was absolutely essential during Rome's July heat. The apartment was spotlessly clean, the beds were very comfortable, and overall, both the apartment and the entire experience exceeded all of our expectations. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome. I wish i took pictures of it, but we arrived late after long flight and went straight to bed. The building may seem to be in a quiet neighborhood when you first arrive, but don't let that fool you. There are plenty of supermarkets just around the corner, along with fantastic local restaurants serving authentic Roman cuisine on the main street, Be sure to explore the neighborhood, support the local restaurants, and don't miss the chance to try a traditional pinsa. The apartment being were it is also a huge advantage, since you are not on main street you dont hear all the ambulances and trams passing by, which was an issue for us in other cities in Italy.

Nothing honestly, the apartment, location and our entire stay in Rome was perfect.

Малките детайли като шапки, чадъри, блутуут колонка, книги, прибори, и неща от ежедневието правят престоя по-лесен и приятен и човек не мисли за друго, освен за приятни спомени от Рим и обикаляне по забележителности. Районът е хубав - има магазини, ресторанти, аптеки и транспорт. Центърът също е близо и разходката до там е приятна. Много ни хареса и че има играчки за бебето, с който се забавляваше и улесни още повече времето ни заедно. Благодаря и за почерпката, която беше оставена. Всичко ми хареса и прекарахме добре и спокойно в апартамента. Разполага с две отделни спални, със затварящи се врати и една обща стая - хол с трапезария и кухня, която е свързана с коридора и към нея няма врата. Баня с душ кабина и голямо антре. Има уреди, съдове и прибори за готвене и хранене. Има добър интернет, телевизори в стаите, красиво аранжиран интериор, декорация и полезни пътеводители за Рим. Чувствахме се спокойно и комфортно. Домакинът винаги отговаряше бързо и изчерпателно на въпросите ни. Комуникацията е лесна.

Стените са малко тънки и понякога се чува ако съседите правят купон. Иначе от улицата няма много шум. Не е проблем да се спи спокойно.

Spacious apartment in a well-connected location, just a short walk from both the metro and train station. The staff was very helpful and responsive.
