The property nice,clean and comfortable
May improve the water pump to the bathrooms upstairs I suggest installing a bidet sprayer in the bathrooms The heater in the master bedroom’s bathroom did not work And In the kitchen maybe can add on oven and extra pan

Everything was clean and of good quality.
Sandakan had a water supply problem that day so we could not do our laundry. Maybe owner can install pump for consistent water supply.
