A perfect, peaceful stay in a beautiful green setting with wonderful staff and great comfort.

I highly recommend this hotel! It’s very quiet, peaceful, and incredibly cozy. The staff are friendly, attentive, and always smiling — they truly made our stay joyful and stress-free. Falling asleep to the sound of the waterfall and waking up with a view of the temple was a real highlight. Everything is very green and relaxing. The bed is super comfortable, the bedding is excellent, and the sofa is perfect for lounging. The TVs are big, and everything in the room feels well thought out. The curtains that open and close with a remote are just amazing. Downstairs in the lobby there is a very comfortable area with tables and cozy chairs — great for relaxing or spending some time during the day.

There was nothing I didn’t like — everything was great and met all our expectations.

Modern design but cleanliness and humidity may not suit everyone.

• The overall design of the room was very nice and visually appealing • The space looked thoughtfully designed and had aesthetic charm The room part seemed to have been cleaned.

• The main issue for me was the cleanliness of the bathroom. It was not clean upon arrival, and there were visible red bodily fluid stains on the toilet seat. This was the primary reason I decided not to stay. • I arrived during heavy rain, and the humidity inside the room was extremely high. The space felt very damp and uncomfortable almost immediately. • The room I was assigned was on the ground floor. While it appeared fairly clean at first glance, something about the overall condition did not feel quite right. • There was a gecko in the room making noise, which added to an already uncomfortable first impression. • The property offered to re clean the bathroom, but by that point I no longer felt comfortable remaining at the property. • While waiting in the lobby area to rebook another stay, the space was filled with insects and crawling creatures. Although it was raining, this further reinforced the sense that the property might not provide a comfortable environment for me. Overall, this property did not meet my personal standards, so I decided not to stay, and I appreciate that the property agreed to a refund. I still feel it is important to leave a fair and objective review based on my own experience, particularly when it comes to cleanliness. I did review past comments and understand that many guests did not share this experience, however this was my personal experience, and I wanted to share it transparently to help future guests make an informed decision.

Highly recommended

I booked this place last minute and honestly didn’t expect much, but wow… it’s even better in real life. Super quiet, surrounded by jungle and a small river — you wake up to birds instead of scooters. Perfect spot if you want real Bali vibes without crowds. Totally loved it. I stayed here for two weeks while working remotely, and the Wi-Fi is insanely fast. They have Starlink too, so video calls were perfect even during rain. If you’re a digital nomad, this place just makes life easy! The apartment looks exactly like the photos — stylish, clean, and very well designed. Everything feels new and high-quality, from the bed to the kitchen. It’s one of those places where you walk in and think: Yep, I could live here. This was my first time staying somewhere with smart-home features and I loved it. Automatic curtains, good lighting, everything controlled super easily. Small details, but they make the stay feel really premium. The staff here is amazing — friendly, quick to help, just genuinely nice people. Check-in was smooth, they helped me with bags and even gave tips around Ubud. I ended up extending my stay because it really felt like home

Best for digital nomad

I was so lucky to find such a perfect accommodation in Ubud. I've stayed in many accommodations during my extended stay in Bali as a digital nomad, and I particularly admire Jungle Vista's modern design and lighting. My favorite part was the balcony. I will definitely be back.

A peaceful stay in Ubud

Property is new and located in a peaceful area of Ubud, close to Sayan. Ambience and aesthetics of the place were very lovely. Staff are friendly and helpful. I stayed during off season and found the price reasonable for what was offered.

Internet was often choppy and problematic. Pool was under maintenance and certain aspects of the room were wearing out despite its new age.

Nothing bothers me really.. Only the access to the property is little confusing (in google maps) but when we found the location, it all paid off hahaha just like finding a hidden gem! 🫶🏼

Excellent séjour

L’établissement est sublime, décoré avec goût et l’appartement est grand et très bien équipé. Une vue absolument magnifique sur le temple juste en face. Emplacement calme loin de l’agitation du centre d’Ubud, mais assez proche avec Grab qui vient sans problème. Rapport qualité / prix excellent. Personnel agréable.

Toutes les serviettes étaient certes lavées mais tachées.

Nous sommes restés 3 nuits car nous ne pouvions pas nous faire rembourser.

Nous avons apprécié la très bonne occultation des rideaux (nuit noire la nuit, très très rare à Bali) ainsi que la très bonne isolation phonique (également très rare à Bali). Cela permet de récupérer pendant la nuit et d’avoir un sommeil réparateur.

La qualité de la literie est très inconfortable (le premier matin, nous nous sommes réveillés avec le dos bloqué, ma femme et moi). Nous tenons à préciser néanmoins que le gérant nous a gentiment proposé de mettre des duvets sur le matelas la seconde et troisième nuit, ce qui a grandement amélioré la situation. Nous avons apprécié cet arrangement (sinon, nous étions prêts à partir et à perdre notre argent). Aussi, un autre point majeur qui nous a fortement déplu est la propreté de la chambre. Sur une échelle de 1 à 10 (1 étant très sale et 10, propreté irréprochable), nous étions à 4. La salle de bain en particulier était dans un état critique (toujours humide avec forte odeur d’eau stagnante). Cela nous gênait même le temps d’une douche. Globalement, ménage très très insuffisant les 3 nuits où nous sommes restés.

离市中心有段距离，不过叫车很方便，很安静，我很喜欢公寓对面的风景，客厅很宽敞，服务人员很好，没有电梯会主动帮我们搬运行李，我和朋友都很喜欢这个公寓。

房间窗户边有些昆虫的尸体，掉落的翅膀会飞到床上。
