Amazing stay! The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The staff was very friendly and responsive throughout our stay. Great location and excellent value for money. Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again!

There's a slight musty smell in the bathroom, and the hand shower near the toilet is leaking. A dish towel and a dish sponge could be helpful.

The property has a modern and stylish design, and there is plenty of space compared to many other accommodations in the area. The living room is large, and the balcony is spacious and pleasant to use. The area is quiet and peaceful, which may appeal to guests looking for a more relaxed environment away from the busy center of Ubud. The property is located about 20 minutes by scooter from the town center. The apartment is equipped with two TVs, a comfortable sofa, and a comfortable bed. Overall, there are some nice features, particularly the amount of space and the quiet atmosphere.

The biggest issue was the cleanliness. When we arrived, the bed linens had stains and even strands of someone else’s hair on them, which was very unpleasant and did not create a good first impression. There is also very poor ventilation in both the bathroom and the bedroom. As a result, unpleasant odors tend to linger in the apartment. I found it uncomfortable to sleep in a room without proper airflow or fresh air. The kitchen was also not cleaned to a satisfactory standard and had an unpleasant smell. While €30 per night is a reasonable price for the amount of space provided, I did not feel comfortable during my stay because of the cleanliness and odor issues. For that reason, I would not choose to stay here again.
