The view on the jungle and the room with the balcony, the organized cooking class from the reception, the pool was also really nice

The staff was friendly but service staff seemed like a little bit lazy and not too welcoming and supportive

The nature of this resort is everything you need to relax. Its peaceful surroundings make this particular resort very romantic.. I would highly recommend for couples who are looking simply to relax and enjoy the sound of the river,birds and greenery.

This hotel is exceptional. The staff are amazing, they really care about you. The only detail to be careful is if you have huge fear of lizards. My wife has a huge fear against even small lizards and yes, the first day we saw 3 of them on the ceiling due to wooden structure and were uncomfortable. Then we talked with the staff the next day and passed to a fully enclosed modern room. That room was amazing and we felt super-comfy for the rest of our vacation. The breakfast is very decent and you can go to the center very easily, there is even hotel shuttle that goes back and forth during certain hours. We really recommend this hotel to everyone.

The room was very clean and well kept. Loved the flower bath. The views were out of this world. Restaurant was decent and breakfast was included in our stay. Walking distance to some nice massages and places to eat.

We were staying in the Honeymoon suite, which is near the pool. The room was great, but if you aren't fit or have bad knees, there are a lot of steps down to the room. This was also annoying if you forgot to grab something from your room, going all the way down and back up again but worth it overall for location. (Positive side note- They carried our bags both ways when we checked in/out)
