From the moment we arrived, we knew this was something special. The house is beautiful, cozy, and exceptionally well-equipped — everything you could need was already there. Located peacefully outside the center, with a beautiful lake just a 5-minute walk away and the breathtaking magic of the aurora right on your doorstep.
What truly set this stay apart was Jenny’s warmth as a host. She welcomed us with thoughtful gifts and a personal message that immediately made us feel at home. Her local tips were spot-on and made our experience so much richer.

You can see the Northern Lights from the house. That’s exactly why I chose this place. The host is absolutely amazing and helped us with everything. The house is very comfortable for 6–7 people. The beds were excellent, and everything was well thought out. You are truly amazing.

Everything about the Red House was exceptional!! House was so warmly and beautifully decorated, even every room had a different theme belonging to each arctic animal from reindeer to husky. Lots of play gear were provided for kids to play till my kids couldn’t bear to leave. BUT the BEST part was the host - Jenny and family. Jenny had really gone the extra mile in ensuring every part of our stay reached utmost comfort and even gave us suggestions on where to eat and which company to head to for the various activities. Not to mention she even surprised our family with HUGe lovely Christmas gifts. I really couldn’t thank her enough for making our stay at Rovaniemi so memorable!
