Villa Vintage, Scandinavian Design and Comfort Near the City and Ski Slopes

Wir haben uns sofort total wohl gefühlt.

Everything!!! The photos made me believe that this place looked too good to be true but when I tell you I ran around this villa like a big kids shouting OMG around every corner I did, we all did. The host has been amazing and communicated with me and answered any questions I had. Perfect location for everything you wish to do in Lapland. Recommend downloading the Uber app as Uber was cheaper than the taxi company we rang to collect us from the airport. From the airport to the Villa it cost us 31 euro and on Uber it cost us 18 euro. Highly recommend booking this Villa and having a ski day in Ounasvaara ski resort which is walking distance from the Villa.

Only downfall is that there is only one toilet which can be an issue for families but this did not bother us.

The proper was clean, warm and comfortable. It had 3 bedrooms which meant my boys and my daughter each had their own room and personal space. It came with a large open plan kitchen dining living room as well as a sauna to warm up after a day exploring. The kitchen was well equipped and allowed us to cook breakfast and dinner in the accommodation. There was plenty of storage for our clothes, winter gear and cases. The accommodation sat at the bottom of the ski slopes and you were a 5/10Min walk to the ski reception. The surrounding setting was stunning with snow covered trees, mountains, ski resort, rivers and bridge. A taxi up to SCV was around 13€ and a 10 min drive. From the airport about 15min and 30€ (7 seater) The cottage was very christmasy surrounded by the snow and nicely decorated inside. The host regularly cleaned the driveway and paths of snow, allowed us to drop our cases off earlier as the accommodation was free and also dropped off some chargers for us I forgot to pack the travel adapters. The host was very quick to respond to any messages or requests we had and I would highly recommend. If we come back to Lapland I would 100% stay here again.
