Alcasas Resort

I like the staff at the restaurant especially the intern student whose shift is in the morning. He is very accommodating and kind. I love the taste of all the food we ordered. I can feel that the chef is really passionate in his/her cooking as it was flavorful. My kids enjoyed the food. I like the set up of the family room. It is spacious and well ventilated because the AC is cold. I really appreciate the staff working at the restaurant.

What I think needs to be looked at or my concern was the stairs inside the room. It is better to have handrails for safety purposes. The stairs going to our room are rusty and need repainting. It would be better if the room had some small lights on the second floor and at the sink area. Hopefully there are trashbins inside the Cr and under the sink and not just outside the room. The big area of the cabinet should have a rack where we can hang towels and clothes. If possible they can put up a TV especially at the family room for the kids. The light outside our room is not working which is important at night if we need to go down. Hopefully soon there will be a telephone to reach out to the restaurant or reception area. I would like to raise my concern as well about our first day wherein we were not able to talk to the receptionist so there is no briefing of what the rules and regulations of the resort although there was a lovely lady who assisted us to our room. I hope in the future, the receptionist will be welcoming the guest and not the restaurant personnel.
