L'accès autonome au logement est très pratique. Le logement est au 4e étage (dernier étage) ce qui permet d'avoir une vue dégagée. Il y avait un ascenseur. La climatisation est vraiment appréciable.
Quartier plutôt calme malgré les voies ferrées et un grand axe routier à proximité.
Il était difficile de trouver un endroit où se garer. Il a fallu se garer plusieurs rues plus loin pour avoir une place. Il manque peut-être un peu d'équipement dans la cuisine.

O balcão é a casa de banho.
Não gostei das limpezas das louças, não havia chávenas para beber o chá. O estacionamento não recomendável, apesar de no condomínio ter estacionamento e não poder estacionar lá. Deixar o veículo numa rua muita apertada.
