House with calm assured near the beach and amenities.
Very warm charming Provencal style house where it feels good .... like being at home .... Very comfortable with 2 bedrooms (one bedroom with 1 bed 160 cm and the second bedroom with 2 bunk beds 90 cm.
It has the advantage of being quiet at the same time it is close to shops and 100 meters from the beach. And the roof terrace with lawn (65m2) equipped with a summer kitchen, where you can sunbathe, make good grills and eat outdoors or just rest in a quiet chair Long or hammock, play a game of ping-pong.
Among other things, a car is not necessarily necessary since everything is nearby.
Peaceful location, in the heart of the Maritime Alps. Possible to radiate around the French Riviera with ease. 20 km from Monaco and 30 km from Italy. Great choice of means of locomotion: bike-bus-train-tram-car-On foot.

Location, très propre ,bien équipée, calme,proche de la mer du port de saint Laurent du var ainsi que de la gare de cross,pas besoin de la voiture

Patrizia nous a chaleureusement accueilli et nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette maison aménagée et décorée avec goût. On s'y sent bien ! La terrasse est parfaite aussi ! Merci beaucoup.

Description précise dans l'annonce. Appartement assez spacieux pour deux adultes et trois enfants. Tout confort en terme d'électroménager: lave-vaisselle, four, lave-linge en exc état. Résidence calme, la cour est agréable, les voisins sympathiques. Rue calme pour aller à la plage. Cagnes est bien situé pour visiter le département. Nous avons pu découvrir de nombreuses villes. Néanmoins nous avons été très déçus par la terrasse de l'appart, superbe, grande mais inaccessible avec nos trois petits enfants (escalier raide), et dangereuse pour eux du fait de sa situation sur le toit et des murets qui pourraient sans doute être réhaussés de grilles. Nous n'y sommes de ce fait jamais allés. Décoration chargée. Nous déconseillons donc cet appart à de jeunes parents, nous avons dû placer de nombreux bibelots en hauteur. Par contre un couple avec des enfants plus agés s'y sentirait bien.
