We are 5 men and our road bikes. We bicycled into Italy, climbed the col La Madone and Éze and rode west into Cannes. The apartment was uniquely located between the train station and the beach. The particular section of beach closest to us had the densest concentration of restaurants and glaciers. There was a heat wave but the air conditioning kept us comfortable and cool.

We enjoyed our stay at the apartment on the ground floor. The backyard was perfect for our dog. Then apartment is close to everything you need: the ocean, bakeries, cafes, restaurants, bars, supermarket and sightseeing! There is plenty to explore after just a short drive: Shopping Malls, beaches, Nice, Monaco, Cannes...the list is endless. We had plenty of towels, everything to make our own meals, coffee maker, toaster, fridge, microwave, dish soap, washing machine, TV, terrace with table and chairs, water and food bowls for the dog...the owner thought of everything. We had no issues and therefore didn't contact the owner during our stay. But we exchanged texts before check-in and checkout and she was really nice and helpful. Her English is really good, too. As non French speakers we had no issues communication with her.

The fact that we only arrived in the evening was no problem for the owner. The house is comfortable and the garden has both sun and shade. The sea is very close, as well as the train station and bus stops. We really enjoyed the apps of the SNCF (French railways) and the Lignes d'Azur (local buses). There is plenty to see and do in the area. This house is recommended.

Nice and complete apartment with an enclosed garden, perfect for us and our dog. Restaurants and shops nearby. You can leave your car and explore the surroundings by bus and train that both stop close by. Annaïck gave us a warm welcome.

We had a lovely stay at Annaicks' apartment. It's spacious enough for a family of 3 and has a great out-door area with a covered terrace and a garden, ideal for pets. All amenities, shops, cafes, and restaurants are close by and within walking distance.

This apartment has an excellent location. It is located 1 block from the beach (nice restaurants) and 1 street (2 minute walk) to a train station where you can easily and quickly go anywhere on the French Riveria.

I enjoyed my stay, walking everywhere. The owner was very helpful and the apartment was comfortable and relatively quiet. I enjoyed Cagnes-sur-Mer very much.

The apartment was very, very charming and comfortable. In addition there is a backyard, where you can make a barbecue and enjoy a bier. It is located near the beach (you just have to walk 5 minuts to the beach) and there are many supermarkets, drugstores, bakeries and all you need nearby. The hirer is very kind and mindful. I recommend it!
