To take the keys when we arrive, the box was not really close the door of the building, it was located 30 meters lefts and we take time to discover it

We liked the spacious and light apartment, great view from one of the bedrooms to street and beach, big balcony, everything was clean.

We were confused that there were no towels included in price, which we bought extra at reception for 6 EUR per person.

Great location, superb WiFi and near all amenities.

The location was perfect. Good view of beach and sea from the terrace. Two minutes and you are on the beach. It was a 10 minute walk to the train station. Also near a well-stocked Spar supermarket. The WiFi was excellent and worked well throughout the apartment. The apartment itself was a very good size with plenty of room.

Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und groß, mit tollem Blick aufs Meer.Die Betten waren sehr bequem.

Nachdem die Wohnung an einer sehr befahrenen Straße liegt, war es ziemlich laut. Besonders die Motorradfahrer waren sehr unangenehm.

Je suis tombée amoureuse de cet appartement

L'enregistrement et le départ étaient très simples, avec des gestionnaires super sympas. Oui, la réception se trouve dans un autre bâtiment sur le front de mer, à 3 minutes à pied, mais cela n’a posé aucun problème. L’appartement est encore mieux en vrai que sur les photos. La rénovation n’est pas toute récente, mais tout est propre. On voit la mer depuis chaque pièce — même depuis les toilettes ! Dans la salle de bain, la douche est bonne et il y a une machine à laver. La cuisine est très bien équipée. Si vous aimez cuisiner, vous serez ravis : il y a toute la vaisselle nécessaire, du liquide vaisselle, des sacs poubelle, une éponge, ainsi que des pastilles pour le lave-vaisselle dans le kit de base. Le salon est spacieux, avec un balcon qui donne sur l’hippodrome et la mer. Le Wi-Fi fonctionnait correctement. Il y a des climatiseurs et des stores dans chaque pièce, et des auvents sur le balcon pour se protéger du soleil. Il y a un parking fermé, mais parfois il n’y avait pas de places disponibles, donc nous nous sommes garés dans la rue le long de l’immeuble. Ce n’était pas cher, mais il y a des règles selon l’heure, donc attention. La gare est à 10 minutes à pied, le supermarché Spar à 5 minutes, et la plage à seulement 2 minutes.

Côté points faibles : dans la chambre qui donne sur l’hippodrome, c’est assez bruyant à cause des scooters qui passent. Mes parents n’y ont vu aucun inconvénient et ont dormi la fenêtre ouverte, mais pour moi, c’était un peu trop. Le lave-vaisselle n’est pas très bien fixé, mais il fonctionne normalement — il faut juste le maintenir un peu quand on le charge. Et il y a une chose un peu étrange : les serviettes ne sont pas incluses, il faut soit payer en supplément soit apporter les siennes. On a déjà vu ça sur la Côte d’Azur, donc ça ne nous a pas surpris, mais ce serait plus confortable si elles étaient simplement fournies. Si je devais vraiment chipoter, je dirais que les volets roulants et les fenêtres étaient un peu poussiéreux. Mais honnêtement, nous avons tous beaucoup aimé cet appartement et nous serions ravis d’y revenir.

L’isolation phonique est inexistante. La décoration est dépassée. Les trop nombreux meubles surchargent l’appartement par ailleurs bien distribué.
