The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming apartment for rent in the town of Cagnes-sur-Mer, 200 meters from the beach, with a swimming pool, a surface area of 23 m² and accommodation for up to 4 guests. Located on the 3rd floor (with lift), it consists of a lovely 19 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom (with shower). Wi-Fi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 19 m² living room with a double sofa bed, TV, dining area and a bunk bed
- An open-plan kitchen equipped with a microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
- A bathroom with shower and toilet
Outside:
- A shared swimming pool (unheated), open from 15 May to the end of September, depending on weather conditions
- An 8 m² south-facing balcony with furniture to enjoy sunny days
The apartment is ideally located in Cagnes-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities:
- Visit the charming hilltop artistic village of Saint-Paul-de-Vence.
- Discover the luxury and iconic sites of Monaco, such as the Prince's Palace and the Casino.
- Stroll along the Promenade des Anglais in Nice, between the sea and palm trees.
- Swim in the natural coves of Antibes with their turquoise waters.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's numbered outdoor parking space. Free and paid public car parks are also available nearby.
