About this apartment rental
The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming flat for rent in Cagnes-sur-Mer, just 200 metres from the beach, with a swimming pool. It measures 23 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests. Situated on the 3rd floor (with a lift), it comprises a lovely 19 m² living area, a fully fitted kitchen and a shower room (with shower). Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 19 m² living area with a double sofa bed, TV, dining area and a bunk bed
- An open-plan fitted kitchen including: a microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
- A shower room with shower and toilet
Outdoors:
- A communal swimming pool for the residence (unheated), open from 15 May until the end of September, weather permitting
- An 8 m² south-facing balcony, furnished for enjoying sunny days
