charming semi-detached house with swimming pool

We was a family of 4 with 2 teens, what we found there: - it was a lot smaller, we did not know that the area would be split in 2 levels, my husband could hardly go upstairs on that narrow stairs and stand up, he is a big man, my kids are also teenagers and tall so the sleeping area would not be comfortable for our family. - it had a very bad smell, like and old building that has not been used for a long time, it is in a lot worse shape than on the pictures and smaller. - everything, the equipments was very used and old unlike on pictures or at least what we thought - in the bathroom doors of the heating equipment was detached and another something was on the floor saying that it is better this way in case anything happens - there were no bed linen, towels, and altough the owner knew we would come with WizzAir with limited luggage possibilities he forgot to mention this - we stayed for about an hour in the apartment and every 4 of us was full of some strange mosquito bites that we still suffer from. The strange thing was that when we moved out to the street to find out what to do in the neighbourhood, these mosquitoes disappeared they were only inside and on the mini terrace. - finally we decided to find another place for our holiday. After 1-2 days I wrote an email to the owner asking for understanding and some reimbursment as we did not stay there at all, he did not answer a word.

Appartement fonctionnel pour 3 personnes même au mois de février. Attention cependant à l'escalier pour monter dans les chambres qui est très raide.

Location très bien je recommande

Mauvaise communication avec propriétaire, aucune réponse suite à demande par courriel, aucune personne pour nous accueillir, on nous attendais pas même si le versement avait été fait au complet.

+ : très jolie région à visiter, appartement proche de beaucoup de choses à voir, coin terrasse super sympa, cuisine bien équipée en vaisselle et autres équipements (micro-onde, grand frigo, etc.), piscine très agréable et grande (excepté la place autour pour poser un linge), salle de bain rénovée, carnet d'informations sur la région disponible dans l'appartement très utile et sympa (peut être à remettre à jour, mais vraiment chouette), quartier calme et résidence sécurisée - : beaucoup de fourmis dans l'appartement (surtout dès la présence d'aliments), appartement globalement bien sale (chewing-gum et tâches de sang dans les lits, vaisselle très sale, etc.), accès à l'appartement un peu compliqué (loin de la place de parc et pleins de petits escaliers), très peu adapté aux enfants (escalier très très pentu et dangereux, peu de place), annonce d'un four qui a en réalité la taille d'un micro-onde (mais qui fonctionne bien), horribles odeurs d'égout très fréquentes dans la salle de bain, prévu pour 6 mais 4 semble être un grand maximum

Location propre bien équipée. Seul bémol l accès: de nombreuses marches qui pourraient poser problème à des personnes ayant des problèmes de mobilité

Nous avons adoré cette maison, très bien située, calme, on a très envie d'y retourner
