A short 20 minute trip to Winter Park to enjoy snow tubing, sleigh rides, shopping and dining! Grand Lake and Lake Granby are also a quick trip to experience lake life!
This 2000 square - foot home is a great place to relax with family and friends! Enjoy coffee in the morning on the wrap around porch, while taking in breathtaking views of the Grand Elk golf course surrounded by the mountains. First floor has a stocked kitchen and large dining area to enjoy with your group. Cozy up in the living room by the fire and enjoy a good movie or a book. Upstairs you will find 2 master bedroom suites w/ bathrooms attached while enjoying the mountains right outside your windows or snuggling up and watching your private TV. Head into our 2 queen bedroom suites where you share a jack and jill full tub/shower bathroom. Explore our delightful open loft area full of adventure for your kiddos! Grand Elk Golf Course. Amazing golf course and dining walking distance from the house! We back up to the beautiful national forest! We are a little over 1 mile to City Market grocery store. In that area is also a Starbucks, McDonald`s, liquor store, Subway and gas station.
We have a two car, garage and enough parking in the driveway for two more vehicles. The garage will hold two smaller vehicles or one larger. The neighborhood does not allow you to park on the street.
We also have snow shoes in the garage. Please feel free to use them during your stay.
