A house to meet the needs from a small child to an adult looking to soak in a hot tub. The house was well stocked and we needed nothing more for a group of 12.

A group of my friends and I rented this place for a D&D weekend and it was perfect. The beds were all memory foam and everyone kept commenting on how they had the best sleep in their lives on these beds. The hot tub and fire table were awesome after an especially long gaming session and the location was amazing. About the only complaint we had was the people renting the house next door to us who though it was appropriate to shout the F word every 60 seconds for about 2 hours starting about 11pm as they sat on their patio. Kinda ruined a few of us from enjoying the hot tub and patio. I would suggest that the owners fix the lighting in the house. One wall in the living room had 5 light switches on it but only one did anything. Some of the lights were completely different temperatures (cool white and soft white) which really messes with your eyes. Also even with all the lights in the living room on the bulbs put out so little light it was always dark in the living room. Most importantly the 2 times we used the stove the house filled with the strong smell of gas to the point we had to open the windows. I did not see any carbon monoxide detectors near the stove or fireplace which I thought were legally required. Otherwise we had a fantastic time and the house served us perfectly.

The home was clean and comfortable. Easy to access. Baytown is a central point if you plan to access the city and spend time at the beach.
