Welcome to the Mountain House at Granby Ranch! This home is nestled on the east mountain of Ski Granby Ranch. This true ski-in ski-out home is located directly on the main ski hill accessing the Quick Draw Express chairlift. One of the only houses in the rental program with ski-in/ski-out access to the main base area meaning easier access to ski rentals, lift tickets, ski school, Granby Ranch Grill, and the base lodge and its amenities.

The Mountain House was designed and furnished with vacationers in mind. With 5 bedrooms plus a loft, the sleeping capacity is 14-16 depending on the mix of adults and children. The house is perfect for multiple families, extended family vacations, or for families that like to spread out and enjoy extra space. The house is beautifully decorated with comfortable furniture, luxurious linens and towels, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless appliances, hardwood floors, dining table that extends to seat 12, three separate living levels for privacy and space, office area in the loft, 4 flat screen TVs, a gas fireplace, game table with pool/air hockey, Xbox One and games, train table and accessories, 2 pack and play portable cribs, 2 high chairs, and stools for the bathrooms, outdoor deck with gas grill, books, movies, games, and toys. There is a heated, locked ski valet on the front porch for ski/winter equipment, and golf clubs. The views of the mountains are spectacular from every side of the house. As guests of the Mountain House you will also have access to Ranch Hall at the base of Granby Ranch. There you can enjoy an outdoor heated pool and hot tub, restrooms, and changing facilities. Granby Ranch has instituted a new policy for renters using the pool and hot tub at the base lodge beginning May 1st, 2021. Renters are required to pay $10 per person per day for access to Ranch Hall. Payment is made at Ranch Hall with a credit card and renters will be given a guest pass that is good for that entire day.

Ski Granby Ranch is the perfect ski resort specializing in families learning to ski and offers short lift lines, non-crowded runs, and peace of mind that your children are always close by, yet big enough to have all types of ski terrain and attract mountain bike national events. Ski Granby Ranch offers night skiing most Friday and Saturday nights.

Granby Ranch not only offers exceptional winter activities. Being a year round resort, it offers golfing at Headwaters Golf Course with 18 holes incorporating mountains, wetlands, trees and meadows. Adjacent to the golf course, Granby Ranch offers private fly fishing access or you can enjoy Colorado catch and release fishing just a few miles up the Fraser River. During the summer, Granby Ranch turns into a mountain biking mecca, with trails for beginner, intermediate, and advanced downhill mountain bikers with bike rental on property.

Outside of the many resort amenities you are only 15 minutes to the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park and YMCA Camp of the Rockies with horseback riding and zip line. Grand Lake to the north is the snowmobiling capital of Colorado. Granby Ranch is close to white water rafting, kayaking and fishing on the Upper Colorado River and Winter Park is 20 minutes away for big mountain skiing, summer concerts and craft fairs.
